Doug will be leaving from Savannah GA on October 18th. Riding on average 100 miles a day for the month of October he will ride into Santa Monica, California in November for National Diabetes Month.
In 2012 Doug Masiuk became the first person with Type 1 Diabetes to run across the United States. This October he will ride his bike across the county making him the 4th person in history to have both run and biked across the continent. .
